Kids Games Schedule Note: Advanced Registration is not required. Sign up begins 30-60 minutes before each event. Contact Kim Smith for information. Monday, July 14th Bale Bucking Contest: Kids Games Pavilion @ 4:00 p.m. - Contestants will “buck” a straw bale over a fixed bar with the winner being the one who bucks the bale the highest. Ages 7-9 (Small Bale) Ages 10-13 (Full Size Bale) Ages 14-17 (Full Size Bale) Haystack Full of Fun: Kids Games Pavilion @ 5:00 p.m. - Coins and other goodies are mixed into a big haystack. When the whistle blows, kids will have a fixed amount of time to find as much as they can. Ages 6 and under Ages 7-14 Tuesday, July 15th Frisbee Toss: Kids Games Pavilion @ 4:00 p.m. - Contestants will attempt to knock a bottle off a pvc pole with a frisbee. Ages 5 and under Ages 6-9 Ages 10-14 Wednesday, July 16th Youth Nail Driving Contest: Kids Games Pavilion @ 4:00 p.m. - Each child will drive 6 pre-set nails. Each child must put the hammer down after they are finished and put their hand up. Safety glasses provided. Ages 5 and under Ages 6-9 Ages 10-14 Thursday, July 17th Youth Rooster Crowing: Kids Games Pavilion @ 4:00 p.m. - Ages 5-16 only. Each child can give their rooster call twice. A panel of judges (roosters) will determine the most realistic sounding rooster crows Cow Chip Throwing Contest: Kids Games Pavilion @ 5:00 p.m. - Actual cow chips will be thrown for accuracy and distance Ages 5 and under Ages 6-9 Ages 10-14 Friday, July 18th Goat Milking Contest: Kids Games Pavilion @ 4:00 p.m. - The Goat Milking Contest will be a timed event. At the end of the time limit the amount of milk in the milking container will be measured. Ages 5 and under Ages 6-9 Ages 10-14	Other Contests
	Scavenger Hunt Monday thru Wednesday, July 14 - 16 Take a Scavenger Hunt...if you dare!!! Pick up & return forms at the fair office. Receive a “cool” prize upon completion! Ages 6 and under Ages 10-14

	JUST WHAT ARE YOU MADE OF...... Marshmallows or Muscles??? Come find out on July 17th (Thursday) begining at 5 p.m. - Grandstand Arena NEMO FAIR SUPER FARMER CONTEST Pre-entry of $30 by July 5, 2008 Late entry fee $40 Limit 10 couples (Must be at least 15 years of age. Teams of 2: 1 male and 1 female) Free t-shirts & leather gloves to all participants. 1st Prize $300 2nd Prize $150 3rd Prize $75 Sign up at 12 pm at the NEMO Fair Office
